Thank you for an excellent stay. It is overall clean and spacious hotel, the staff are helpful and location to a museum is great and incredible. The breakfast is outstanding with a huge variety of things to eat and drink.

The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and offer an amazing view of the park, and the hotel's location is conveniently close to the congress house within walking distance.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city which made exploring the area easy and convenient. We were greeted with warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary glass of wine while waiting for our room was a nice touch. We also appreciated the bag of snacks and bottled water left in our rental car. The exceptional service and charming park view from our room was a highlight of our city break.

The public areas were sometimes disturbed by noisy children, especially in the salon and bar area. We also heard some noise from the adjoining room and through the walls.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a pillow and blanket menu, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers great room service and a variety of amenities, making it a pleasant experience for guests.

There were some issues with certain amenities such as awnings randomly retracting and opening in the middle of the night, causing inconvenience to some guests.
