The hotel is located in the heart of the city which made exploring the area easy and convenient. We were greeted with warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary glass of wine while waiting for our room was a nice touch. We also appreciated the bag of snacks and bottled water left in our rental car. The exceptional service and charming park view from our room was a highlight of our city break.
The public areas were sometimes disturbed by noisy children, especially in the salon and bar area. We also heard some noise from the adjoining room and through the walls.

The service at this hotel was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the city. Additionally, I enjoyed the peaceful and private atmosphere of the hotel, which provided a relaxing environment for my trip.
While the quality was good by European standards, I found the lack of flexibility in service options to be frustrating. It would have been great to have the option to extend the duration of my massage or customize my treatments according to my preferences.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a pillow and blanket menu, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and escorted to our room, which was beautifully decorated and equipped with exclusive amenities. the staff was impeccable and attentive to all of our needs, including taking care of our room as soon as we left for the day, and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the spa and wellness center were top-notch, with a variety of treatments available and luxurious facilities to use as we pleased.
While our stay at this hotel was exceptional, we did encounter one minor issue during our dining experience at the restaurant. We were placed at a table that seemed to have been added on and were surrounded by other diners, making it difficult to hear each other.
